Last updated on 20.08.2022 by

Do you often think about the gym even when you are away? Or do you wish you could hear what the top most elite level grapplers have to say about Jiu Jitsu? Perhaps you just want someone else to talk about what happened at the “Whose Number One” tournament. Whatever the case, Jiu Jitsu podcasts can be a great way to boost your game off the mat!

However, podcasts can be long and there are an overwhelming number to choose from. Some podcasts aren’t even necessarily about Jiu Jitsu, but might have a famous Jiu Jitsu celebrity on it. Fortunately for you, we have narrowed down the list, so you can pick from the ten best Jiu Jitsu podcasts.

The Limitless Radiocast can be a great podcast to listen to if you are a white belt because they talk about many different Jiu Jitsu topics, many different people, and maybe even let you know about some cool new products!

If this long list isn’t enough to satiate your never ending hunger for Jiu Jitsu knowledge; then you might be happy to know that many famous podcast hosts also train Jiu Jitsu. Although their podcasts aren’t necessarily about Jiu Jitsu, they discuss BJJ from time to time.

The Joe Rogan Experience (the JRE)

The Jocko Podcast

Former Navy Seal and author Jocko Willink answers questions from listeners and talks about how to live a better life. Like Joe Rogan, Jocko is also a black belt in Jiu Jitsu. Many of his podcasts return to the subject about how Jiu Jitsu can improve your life.

Lex Friedman Podcast

Frequent guest on the Joe Rogan show, and also (you guessed it) Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. Lex Friedman has many high profile guests like Elon Musk on his show. Lex also labels the contents of each episode, so it’s easy to find the ones that have to do with Jiu Jitsu!

Conclusion

The scope of podcasts and the hours of conversation online are almost endless. There are many great Jiu Jitsu podcasts that aren’t on this list! Before you commit to one, try to sample a little from each of them. You might be someone who prefers shorter episodes.
