Gordon Ryan Laughs At Craig Jones Over Steveson Pull Out
Like clockwork, Gordon Ryan was ready to make a post about Gable Steveson pulling out of CJI 2 at the last minute and mock Craig Jones.
Ryan thought it was a finesse move by Steveson to pull out at the last minute in favor of being on LFA, which is aired on UFC Fight Pass. He also had to say something about Craig Jones not having a pullout clause for competitors and that he does joke matches, because he can’t beat real Jiu-Jitsu athletes.

“Gable pulling out of the main event of CJI 2 and then fighting less than 2 weeks later on UFC Fight Pass is such a baller move by UFC, who has been attacked nonstop for unknown reasons by CJ.
I bet CJ never put a pull-out clause in there for Gable, which would penalize him for pulling out. I’m sure there wasn’t; otherwise, Gable wouldn’t have pulled out.
I’m sure Gable read thoroughly through the contract before signing, thanks to the advocacy about this matter from CJ. Now, CJ can’t fight any real JJ guys because he will surely lose(like always) and likely won’t have time to find another joke match in time.
