Raja Jackson Goes Off Script

Raja Jackson, the son of legendary MMA fighter Rampage Jackson violently assaulted a pro wrestler during a planned match. It was part of an indie wrestling show called Knok Pro that was aired live on Kick.

Raja(a pro MMA fighter)agreed to be part of a planned segment with wrestler Syko Stu(Stewart Smith). Rampage’s son was sitting ringside and Stu was to taunt him to get a reaction.

The pro wrestler exchanged words in a “worked segment” and threw a beer can at Jackson that hit him in the head.

The match between Stu and his opponent then started when Raja entered the ring to deliver a worked power slam. This slam was part of the show, but the barrage of punches that followed were not.

Raja Jackson hit the wrestler with multiple legit strikes, knocking him unconscious and nearly killing him. The referee and other wrestler were late to engage not realizing that the worked match had turned into a shoot.

The MMA fighter was pulled off of Smith and quickly removed from the building. Smith laid on the mat unconscious for minutes and was immediately stretchered out and sent to the nearest hospital.

After the match, police intervened and arrested Raja Jackson for assault.
