Tex Johnson Kicked Off Airplane
It’s been a while since we’ve heard about an incident involving Aaron “Tex” Johnson until this week. The professional grappler and magnet for trouble got into another public scuffle.
This time, Johnson was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight after an apparent dispute over placement of his bags. In the video, Tex is seen cursing at flight staff and saying he did nothing wrong.
Another passenger behind him made a comment, which caused Johnson to go ballistic. The pro grappler then got in the passenger’s face, daring the passenger to touch him.
Flight attendants quickly intervened, and Tex threatened to sue them if they touched him. After an exchange of profanities with other passengers, Tex Johnson was forcibly removed from the plan,e and the passengers burst out in applause as he was escorted off the plane.
Being kicked off and now being subsequently banned from all Southwest flights is more negative press that Tex has brought on himself, along with punching William Tackett(link) during a match in 2019 and suing the late Orlando Sanchez for slamming him during another match(link).
