UFC BJJ Introduces Their Pit
After months of speculation, UFC BJJ was finally introduced to the public. The reality show will feature Mikey Musumeci and Rerisson Gabriel will be the coaches for a show full of talented grapplers.
However, the one thing that got the attention of most grappling fans was the reveal of the UFC pit. The pit that will be used for the UFC reality series is almost an exact replica of the one used in CJI.
This didn’t go unnoticed by fans as they pointed out its uncanny resemblance to the pits used in CJI and Karate Combat.
Craig Jones Responds
Of course, the uncanny resemblance of the UFC BJJ pit also caught the eye of the CJI creator. Jones posted a copy of the patent and license agreement for the pit between CJI and Karate Combat.
He also posted a photoshopped pic of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team and dubbed the UFC BJJ pit “the UFC jacuzzi.”
No legal action has been taken by the patent holders and by the jokes, there likely won’t be any taken.
